How to raise an objection - via the online portal

Web-addresses for the planing portals are:

https://pa.midkent.gov.uk/online-applications/   (MBC)

https://publicaccess2.tmbc.gov.uk/online-applications/ (TMBC)

Click on the register button, and follow the instructions.  You will be sent a confirmation e-mail which you will have to respond to.

You will need a separate log-in for both planning portals.

Once you are registered, log onto the portal and click on search, planning and simple search.

In the search box, enter the reference number for the application we have provided.

When the application appears, click on make a comment.  To avoid disappointment, if you are going to write a large objection, always use something like word, and then copy and paste into the comment section.  (We can help if required, just let us know)

Once you are happy with your objection, click on submit.
